Ms. Hinson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Charisma University. She further advanced her education by completing the Hybrid Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) Programme at Florida International University. She strategically aligned her academic coursework and applied learning with her professional work in public-sector development, and successfully completed her Master of Public Administration (MPA) in April 2025.
Beyond her academic credentials, Ms. Hinson is a member of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), through which she actively engages with professional resources and emerging best practices in public-sector management.
