The Department of Trade, Industry, and Fair Competition operates under the Ministry of Finance, Trade, and Investmentof the Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands. It is a pivotal government entity committed to fostering trade growth, supporting local businesses, and safeguarding consumer interests in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Through its six foundational pillars, the Department champions trade enablement, legislative reform, technical support, and economic analysis—and serves as both an enabler and protector of fair, thriving commerce in the territory.
Mission & Vision
Mission: to facilitate broad-based economic growth and sustainable development throughout the Turks and Caicos Islands by establishing a robust, efficient, and fair trade and business environment.
Vision: to be the central information and facilitative hub for trade and business activity, and the institutional guardian of consumer rights.
